Shipping And Handling Times

Monza Care Care.com offer Free Delivery to the UK mainland only on all orders over £39. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. We normally use the Royal Mail for small or light weight orders or a Nationwide Courier service for delivery of heavier orders. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 48hrs of placing your order.

Export

Deliveries to a country outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Monza Car Care, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customer Details

The customer is responsible for completing full order details; Name, Billing Address - as it appears on the card statement address, Delivery Address, email contact and associated telephone numbers to the fullest. This will ensure that all orders are processed quickly. The details Monza Car Care request are processed through a verification service and failure to provide complete and accurate details may cause a delay in processing and dispatching any order.

Non-Delivery / Shortages / Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Monza Car Care cannot not accept liability for goods that go missing in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. We cannot accept any liability for any shortages ‘24 hours after delivery’, non-delivery ’14 days from date of order’, incorrect goods and goods damaged 48 hours after delivery’on the stated time scales.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return something back to us, you must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense. Please use a recorded delivery service where a signature must be obtained to avoid delay and loss of your parcel. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation, please email us for this. The goods must be returned in the original packaging with all components and accessories. The goods must be complete, unused, and in as new condition (eg if you have only opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned as well. Once any monies are credited, they are normally available for viewing on your online statement after 4-5 working days.
